CAPT Robert Shea (S-1) My current Radioman was severely wounded on the raid over Steyr and will be out until 15 MAY 44. My intention would be to have him aboard as a replacement until his 25th mission and then take another replacement until my original Radioman is RFD (Assuming the plane and crew survives that long anyways lol). If there's a better way to handle this sort of thing just let me know, I'm still a bit new to the air war  |

Hello Sir! 2nd Lt. Barney Healey performed well on our mission with him assigned as a temporary Bombardier after the loss of our original crewman on a previous mission. As we are without a Bombardier except from the Spare Crew pool, I respectfully request 2nd. Lt. Healey be assigned to "The Girl Next Door" as a regular crewman.
Please advise at your earliest convenience.
Otherwise we can request him for the next mission as well.

CAPT Robert Shea (S-1) My current Radioman was severely wounded on the raid over Steyr and will be out until 15 MAY 44. My intention would be to have him aboard as a replacement until his 25th mission and then take another replacement until my original Radioman is RFD (Assuming the plane and crew survives that long anyways lol). If there's a better way to handle this sort of thing just let me know, I'm still a bit new to the air war Nope - you're fine. Thank you. That's the question I was asking. You can keep him thru 15-May-44. |

Hello Sir! 2nd Lt. Barney Healey performed well on our mission with him assigned as a temporary Bombardier after the loss of our original crewman on a previous mission. As we are without a Bombardier except from the Spare Crew pool, I respectfully request 2nd. Lt. Healey be assigned to "The Girl Next Door" as a regular crewman.
