S/SGT Justice has been assigned to Duck Soup through 10 May 44.  If you need him longer, please let me know.  I would prefer to keep him in the spare pool, as he brings so much experience and can coach the other new guys.  However, new replacements for full-time crews are arriving all the time.  I'll let the Personnel Officer know to have a new Engineer sent to your hard stand within the next few days.   

OOC - if you need a new permanent crewmember, you only need to just make up a name and put him in the crew.  You would not need to draw new personnel from the spare pool, unless you really want to. If that's the case - let me know.
