Bombs and a Revised Table for Bomb Bay Hits

This is a collection of the rules impacting Bombs and Bomb Bay Hits.

The are also some optional rules:
> The odds of hits causing your bombs to detonate now differ depending on the bomb loadout you are carrying. If not specified assume you are carrying General Purpose bombs.
> A Flak BIP in a loaded Bomb Bay will always detonate your bombs.

I especially like the bomb hit variant. Nice work! You think it also applies to a B-24?

I have my father's mission reports... he was a gunner on B-17s for the 306th BG... and noted that several times they returned to base and landed with bombs aboard.

Should also apply to B-24 Bomb loads.

The stuff about Bomb Bay Fuel Tanks is probably different, and the results of damage to the Bomb Racks is based on reports from historical S-2 reports for B-17s but I could see similar results on Liberators.
